Let us first note some truths. For humans to have a heirarchical system of accomplishment socially, economically and sexually, humans would have to ignore their true conscience and think interms of superior and inferior, while still all being born the same into this world. Without going into too much detail thoughts of being chosen people, there being one superior man called Jesus to emulate, education systems that claim you are stupid if you do not accept the way another person thinks about the universe, that the violent man rules, are all narcissistic thoughts. A human already qualifies for life by birth, no human has any right to qualify another for for food, shelter or clothing. Each human being can self qualify for society, economics and sex, just by being more conscious of themselves.
I have began with the above statement because what you call, white academics, put forward the names of social disorders as we know them, which doesn't give them ownership of the understanding. The English Sexologist Havelock Elis is credited with the termNarcissism, later, Otto Rank publishing in 1911 the first psychoanalytical paper specifically concerned with narcissism, linking it to vanity and self-admiration.
In truth narcissism is, not wanting to be conscious of yourself or take responsibility for yourself because you think your human self is weak or useless to you. So since narcissism is self induced freedom from one's true self, it has wider manifestations, namely, Antisocial Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Sociopathy, Psycopathy, schizophrenia and such. The bottom line is that every psycological disorder isinternalised negativity of self. Since humans socialise using the mind, every civilization is subject to the mentality of those who have assumed power. So when you see traits that fall within the category of symptoms of narcissism being demonstrated by those who claim power, you know you are in a narcissistic civilization , in everything you do. Narcissistic symptoms you can spot are:
• No remorse for how slavery impacted on the black family.
• Denying black history, thus, the black man his confidence to lead and create
• Avoiding responsibility for black men being incarcerated, turning them gay and keeping them from black women.
• Pretending to help black women so they can deceive themenough to hate the black man.
• Taking credit for what black men and women do, thus replacing the black person as an innovator and creator.
• Wasting black men's time with useless curriculums, reducing their eligibility for marriage
• Controlling and possessive over black women, competing with the black man for his woman.
To name a few of the symptoms.
So, the main thing narcissism attacks is the self consciousness and the freedom of black men and women to think truthfully andpositively of themselves, which is the major foundation of a healthy heterosexual relationship.
In order to accomplish anything in this world an individual has to achieve or practice true self consciousness and true positivity and order of self. If the time and chance to do this is disrupted or unfacilitated, then the cummunity starts to crumble from within or become dependent on whoever is disrupting their time and chance to know themselves well and to practice their own mental order, towards economics, society and marriage. Mental order is true self consciousness, it is positive thoughts of self, it is MA'AT.
Short answer: white narcissism(which is now a system) does not allow black couples to individually pay attention to their independence of thought, enough to define and put themselves in order for production, socializing, trading and partnering. Which then doesn't allow individuals to respect their own thoughts and therefore not respect the opposite sex of their own kind.
MA'AT
Ma'at well clarified is human self consciousness. All the spirituality that people seek from Ancient Egypt or Kemet, simplifies down to Ma'at.
Ma'at, began with Mitochondrial Eve, 200,000 years ago, the African woman responsible for giving birth to humanity. M.Eve was born from the thought of truth, which is the order of truth of humanindependent identity or attention to truth of human independentidentity, better known as consciousness of independent human identity. The reason we know it was thought or attention to truth that birthed her conscience is because M. Eve had to think of or pay attention to the true order of being a human mother, in identity, in order to give birth to and protect her baby consciously and differentially, as a human. If you look closely, you will see the Ma'at principles of Truth and Order at play here. With order being te distinguishing of the type of truth she attends to mentally, which is "I am human, not a wild animal".
Now that you have the first two foundational principles of Ma'at, the next five are automatic, in that, to calm and speek to her baby, Mitochondrial Eve had to begin to self consciously Harmonise(Ma'at principle 3 in no order), creating language. She then had to recognise the child as human and having self conscioushuman needs, which is Balance(Ma'at principle 4). Much later she had to respect the child's human individuality in letting the child play independently, possibly with a brother, showing respect and enforcing self conscious respect with each other,Respect is the beginning of law(Ma'at principle 5). As they grew older M. Eve had to sit them down and cultivate their self conscious Morality and sense of Good (Ma'at principle 6). In times when her children stepped out of line M.Eve had to demonstrate to them self conscious Correction towards mental order and positive thought or Justice(Ma'at principle 7)
The 7 Principles of Ma'at are therefore:
1. Truth
2. Order
3. Harmony
4. Balance
5. Morality
6. Respect
7. Justice
These 7 principles all form into 2 universal principles, Truth andOrder. The truth or true thought of order is self consciousness or independent identification.
Practicing Ma'at by your self
The first application of Ma'at is to contemplate or think truthfully about your independent existance or identity of self. Therefore:
1. Think of your independent self as being true.
2. Think independently of the order that comes out of truth.(Education)
3. Practice harmony by thinking of and speaking positive thoughts of truth to your own independent self.
4. Practice balance by thinking honestly of your true self.
5. Practice morality by thinking of your independent opportunity to have an opinion on and to question behavior.
6. Practice thinking and speeking respect for yourself by believing you are independently capable of doing anything you need to, by exploring what your independence allows you to think or do and bychosing not to depend on anyone.
7. Think of correcting your thoughts (coming to consciousness), by thinking of the truth of your own independent opportunity of selfexistance.
How does Ma'at tie in with Narcissism?
Narcissism is the psycological disorder in which the sufferer has the most consciousness that he/she is thinking and doing wrong or eviland damaging others, as seen in a study done by Erika Carlson, Washington State University in St. Louis, in 2011. It is an excessive need for attention from others and given that in order for humans to function they need Ma'at, which is self consciousness or self attention, it becomes imparative for the Narcissist to take the attention of someone away from themselves and onto the themselves. This is done mostly by constant violence, enslavement for mental, physical, economic and social control, constant destractions, gaslighting, grandiose mythologising and delusions through religion, the media and advertisements. All this keeps individuals in the black community from paying attention to or thinking about their own independence of thought for relationships, work, parenting and production. Basically, the white race, together with Arabs and Jews use religion, slavery, colonialism, racism to try and claim they have lived the life you can live and you have no free will to live your own life. They want you to stop freely thinking and producing, for them to be able to rule over you. Which means they are using our permission to rule over us. What we get back in return is social status, acceptance into their civilization, for the approval to socialise, marry, trade.THE MA'AT BASED SOLUTION - The practice of Ma'at is the practice of self cognition, thinking of yourself truthfully, positively, deliberately, for your spouse, for society, for production and trade, for self defense and for child self development. To practice Ma'at, it must be considered in it's most practical form, which is translatable as, "TO THINK OF ONE'S OWN INDEPENDENCE TO THINK". In order to be free, using Ma'at, an individual, male or female must take time to pay attention to their own independent thought or honest opinion of themselves.
MA'AT DIARY OF DAILY SCHEDULED TASKS FOR COUPLES
Still a very rough and incomplete idea but scheduling times for self and partner is the best way for couples to solve issues . Couples have to create a Ma'at Diary of Daily scheduled tasks with meditation and thought sessions, in the house, that will allow for the true practice of mindful happy relationships. The schedules must be organised for each day, religiously:
1. Each individual set aside time each day in agreement with their spouse, in which they will take private time out to think honestly of their own independent preparation and organization of their mind and themselves for observing and forming order out of truth, forproduction, work, business, interraction with spouse, interraction with society.
2. Couples set aside time each day, to think honestly of their shared thoughts in preparing for production, trade, society and guests, as a couple.
3. Agree a schedule to continuously plan for the positivedevelopment of self consciousness in their children and other youth, which includes what positive words to say to children.
4. Couples should schedule time for romance, physical intimacy and positive speech to each other.
Every day, from Monday to friday this must be the routine.
Significant Historical Events that interrupted the relationship between the black man and woman
So much evidence has been found revealing equality and harmony between black men and women, aside from the sculptures of our Ancient Ancestor Kings showing them side by side with their Queens, there are numerous discoveries of papyri with real life lovestories of men courting women, women courting men and how it all happened in a respectable manner. Numerous love letters were found at a site near an ancient African Kemetic neighborhood, next to the valley of the Kings. When translated, they showed that our Ancestors placed romance very high in their list of relationship necessities on a daily basis, always admonishing their women and elevating them for the day. More evidence appears in accounts by Herodetus, edited by Alan B. Lloyd, in one account Herodetus points out that the Kemites were categorical in the practice of having sex only inside the house, telling Herodetus that, "Things that can reveal shame must be done indoors," Herodetus was surprised that our Ancestors even had indoor plumbing and decency about sex. Most of this occuring around 420BC, before the 2nd Great Invasion by Neanderthal tested Albinoids called Greeks, 335BC, Herodetus having revealed the weakness of our Ancestors. During the time of Greek occupation, an ancient Egyptian/Kemeticwoman was legally capax [competent, capable]. In contrast, an ancient Greek woman was supervised by a kyrios [male guardian] and many Greek women who lived in Egypt during the Ptolemaic Period, observing Egyptian women acting without kyrioi, were encouraged to do so themselves. In short, an ancient Egyptian woman enjoyed greater social standing than many women of other societies, both ancient and modern. Problems for the black woman and with the black man began from about 100BC up to today, with African men giving up on themselves and giving up their women for social status with the whites. Things began to go bad for the African woman, Romans and Arabs, like the Persians before the Greeks, introduced the enslavement of African men and the rape of African women.
Another significant period, that brought the current problemsbetween African men and women began around the 7th century AD, when the Arabs came in. Many ordinary civilian African men, in an all-out effort to appease the white invaders, freely gave their daughters and other desirable females as gifts to become concubines, thus speeding up the reproduction processes of mulatto offspring on an ever-widening scale . This did not lessen the wholesale capture of African women in raids on African villages for the same purpose and for export to Asia .
References were made to the race of the "Egyptians' mothers ." For in Egypt, as elsewhere, it was a one-way sexual process . The "master white race" always kept its own women "sacred" and secluded behind the walls of their homes . They were not allowed to go outside except under guard . African women had no such restrictions or protection from the black muslim man . They were fair game for the men of all races, and for them it was always open season .
Many black women with no protection from the black man,preferred death by suicide . History shows that all whites who claim "racial purity" for themselves, have been the world's leader in bastardizing melanated people . As it was done on a grand scale in the United States, in South America, in East and South Africa, so it was in Ancient Kemet.
On the Question of African Culture
African culture is not far removed from African American culture, it was as much distrupted by the European and Arab, as America was. Differences exist in certain traditions and social disciplines, differences in family acknowledgement and representaion in a marriage. These traditions however, are slowly dissappearing these days, being replaced by Western culture. Sometimes tribal differences hinder social progress. Status, education and social power is very big in Africa. Middle class Africans are open minded about marriage and who they marry.
Modern Africans found themselves at a crossroads of all cultures and empires. We grew up with influences from America, England, Canada, Arabia, Europe, since many Africans who went out to studyin the 60s, came back with a variety of exotic practices and women. For the most part, most African men prefer African women for children and marriage. The ethnic cleansing and degredation of black women that was vowed by the Arabs still goes on in Arab infested countries like Lybia, Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco, Mauritania, Chad. The worst religion Africans ever adopted is Islam. It has been used to destroy the black woman and reduce her to sex servitude. A lesson for Africans to stick to Ma'at. East African countries that gave birth to Egypt and Nubia, like Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania, are not so affected, but these days the Jews, who orchistrated the downfall of Egypt in 1620BC, 70AD with Titus and the Alexandrians, 332AD with Constantine, 1460AD with the Europeans and Arabs, are now sending their young girls to procreate with young educated African men. It must be understood that it is a coordinated attack to completely cleanse the world of black conscious people.
Interracial Marriage and Partnerships
Interracial marriages and partnerships are promoted to the poor by society in Africa. The thinking is that if you can't help yourself, get a white woman. Along African coasts and now inland, sex tourism is promoted on a grand scale. As for the middle to upper class Africans, it is promoted to them, by society, to live with or close to whites for a better life. This attempt at creating a racist social heirarchy is now collapsing, many black men in their 30s and 40s are now realising they cannot live with or sustain a relationship with white people, it always turns out bad for the black spouse, no matter how much money he or she has. As for movies and adverts promoting interracial partnerships, they are everywhere, except onAfrican movie and Soap channels. We are still under seige, with what you might call Coons, in charge, hell bent on destroying and stagnating their own countries, for personal gain.
The African upper lower, middle class and upper families don'tdiffer much from the African American ones. The rules are pretty much the same, you get whooped by everyone from your mom, to grandma, to uncle, to nanny. Education is emphasised quite seriously as well as self discipline, personal hygiene, standing up for yourself and heterosexual relationships. Africans are still very heavily homophobic.
The Psycological Effects of Slavery on the Black Family
The best research on this comes from an African American womanand psycological researcher I admire very much, called Dr. Joy DeGruy, who came up with the title, "Post Traumatic Slave Syndrome".
POST TRAUMATIC SLAVE SYNDROME
As a result of twelve years of quantitative and qualitative research Dr. DeGruy has developed her theory of Post Traumatic Slave Syndrome, and published her findings in the book Post Traumatic Slave Syndrome – America’s Legacy of Enduring Injury and Healing”. The book addresses the residual impacts of generations of slavery and opens up the discussion of how the black community can use the strengths we have gained in the past to heal in the present.
WHAT IS P.T.S.S.?
P.T.S.S. is a theory that explains the etiology of many of the adaptive survival behaviors in African American communities throughout the United States and the Diaspora. It is a condition that exists as a consequence of multigenerational oppression of Africans and their descendants resulting from centuries of chattel slavery. A form of slavery which was predicated on the belief that African Americans were inherently/genetically inferior to whites. This was then followed by institutionalized racism which continues to perpetuate injury.
Thus, resulting in M.A.P.:
M: Multigenerational trauma together with continued oppression;
A: Absence of opportunity to heal or access the benefits available in the society; leads to
P: Post Traumatic Slave Syndrome.
Under such circumstances these are some of the predictable patterns of behavior that tend to occur:
KEY PATTERNS OF BEHAVIOR REFLECTIVE OF P.T.S.S.
Vacant Esteem
Insufficient development of what Dr. DeGruy refers to as primary esteem, along with feelings of hopelessness, depression and a general self destructive outlook.
Marked Propensity for Anger and Violence
Extreme feelings of suspicion perceived negative motivations of others. Violence against self, property and others, including the members of one’s own group, i.e. friends, relatives, or acquaintances.
Racist Socialization and (internalized racism)
Learned Helplessness, literacy deprivation, distorted self-concept, antipathy or aversion for the following:
The members of ones own identified cultural/ethnic group,
The mores and customs associated ones own identified cultural/ethnic heritage,
The physical characteristics of ones own identified cultural/ethnic group.
Western Education
The entire western education system of study is based on narcissism, "I know and you don't know, I teach and civilize you" or "Think like me or you are stupid". They can never acknowledge slavery and colonialism because, if you read about narcissism, you see that narcissists never admit or acknowledge anything wrong they do to people. Narcissism is also characterised by creating false realities in order to seem good, when in actual fact they get their "narcissistic supply" from your suffering. The white race feels nothing for what the black race suffered in it's hands, it is not in their mental nature to care.
